Tap Away: Find the Next Clear Exit

Tap Away turns a crowded grid into a question of order. Each block carries an arrow that determines its exit direction. Click a block and it can slide away only when another block does not obstruct the route ahead. The goal is to remove every block, rather than assemble rows or place new shapes. A useful opening is not necessarily the block nearest the edge. Trace its arrow, then check which other pieces depend on that route becoming clear. Removing one obstruction can open another exit, giving you a chain of moves to consider. After each removal, inspect the changed board instead of repeating clicks on a blocked piece. The GameZipper menu includes Continue, Level Select and Settings. Use the level selection screen to inspect the choices currently available in the game. This page translates the guide, not the supplier’s interface. Loading and advertising remain controlled by the supplier, so leave room for the embedded game to finish loading before assessing its controls.

How to Play Tap Away? 📔

  • Read the arrows

Inspect each block’s arrow before clicking. Its direction tells you which route must be empty.
  • Check the whole exit

Follow that direction to the edge of the grid. A block ahead prevents the selected piece from leaving.
  • Remove an obstruction

Choose a piece with a clear exit. After it leaves, check whether the newly opened space frees another block.
  • Clear the grid

Continue checking arrows and removing accessible pieces until no blocks remain. Reconsider the order whenever a route is blocked.

Why Play Tap Away? 🏆

Work back through a chain

If a desired block cannot move, locate the piece blocking its exit and inspect that piece’s own route.

Compare open routes

When several blocks can leave, look for a removal that opens routes for other pieces. Plan one step beyond the immediate move.

Read the board again

Every removal changes the dependencies. Recheck previously blocked arrows instead of relying on your first impression.
